This role is delivery-driven: you will build delivery capacity, strengthen team capabilities, drive version adoption, and ensure consistent, high‐quality execution across customer projects. This is a hybrid position located in Ashburn, VA.ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and mentor a team of consultantsManage staffing, capacities, and utilization to meet project demandOwn recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of team membersImprove and standardize delivery processes, supporting cloud readiness and scalable executionEnable customer cloud journeys and ensure high version adoptionCollaborate closely with Services Leadership, Project Managers, Sales, Cloud Ops, and global delivery teamsAct as Success Manager for assigned customersContribute delivery expertise during pre‐sales and in project steering committeesSkills, Knowledge & Expertise3+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience within a professional services organization, including leading teams and driving performanceStrong leadership and people development capabilitiesExperience in project delivery, resource allocation, and process improvementFirm understanding of cloud transformation and modernized ERP delivery modelsExcellent communication, structured working style, and customer‐centric mindsetBackground in computer science or business administrationExperience with manufacturing industry processes (preferred)
