We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Lincoln, Nebraska.What You’ll DoAs a key member of our client service team, you will:Deliver White-Glove Service: Provide an elite level of care and attention to clients and their families.Support Meeting Prep: Prepare all necessary meeting documentation, proofread and edit materials, and review entire client packets with the internal team prior to client meetings.Onboard New Clients: Guide families seamlessly through the onboarding process from start to finish.Manage Account Operations: Process account openings, transfers, money movements, beneficiary changes, and account maintenance.Oversee Custodial Activity: Manage Schwab account activity, alerts, and Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).Coordinate Specialized Needs: Handle tax and estate documentation and collaborate with our network of attorneys and tax professionals.Optimize Operations: Maintain accurate records and workflows within our CRM while proactively reaching out to clients to keep them connected.Support Advisors: Manage administrative tasks so our advisory team can focus entirely on planning and investment advice.Is This Role the Right Fit for You?Great hiring ads don't just attract talent—they help the wrong people opt out.
