Product Owner

Lead Product Owner to support the end-to-end prior authorization processes. The hired employee will be accountable for making sure prior authorizations are extracted from GuidingCare, processed internally, and loaded into Facets. Day-to-day activities involves working with Claims, Clinical, and IT teams to understand how errors in prior authorizations (EDI 278) are resolved and eventually matched in Facets.Chicago, IL or Dallas TX Need to Close: ✅ 15 years overall IT experience ✅ 8+ years total Product Ownership experience ✅ Experience with both GuidingCare and Facets ✅ Strong understanding of EDI 278 (Able to explain the flow from GuidingCare to Facets) Nice to have: ✅ Prior BCBS experience
