The ideal candidate should have up to one year of experience in automation testing or a strong desire to learn automation techniques. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our dynamic organization.Key Responsibilities:Conduct manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our productsIdentify, document, and track defects and inconsistenciesCollaborate with developers and other team members to understand product requirements and specificationsDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scriptsAssist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scriptsContinuously learn and apply automation testing tools and techniquesProvide clear and concise test results and status reportsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldUp to 1 year of experience in automation testing (preferred)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing methodologiesGood communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Skills:Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, etc.)Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar
