Rotational Structural Engineer - Development Program

SPX Cooling Technologies offers the Engineering Development Program (EDP), a two-year entry point for recent graduates in Structural Engineering. Participants rotate through diverse engineering assignments, receive mentoring, and access advanced training to build broad technical and leadership capabilities. Rotations cover areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Process and Product Development, and Project Management, with global exposure and opportunities across SPX locations.
