Job Description HVAC TechnicianWe are seeking skilled full time HVAC Technicians to join our team immediately! As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in responding to service calls promptly and delivering top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting residential and light commercial HVAC units, monitoring HVAC systems and operations, performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Schedule: Monday to Friday, Overtime AvailableExperience: HVAC 1+ yearsLicense/Certification: Driver's License, NATE Certification (Preferred), EPA Certification (Preferred)Work Location: New Orleans areaResponsibilities:Respond to and complete service calls in a timely mannerInteract with customers professionally, explaining system issues clearlyTroubleshoot both residential and light commercial HVAC unitsMonitor HVAC systems and perform routine preventive maintenanceCheck, repair, and replace various components of the systemAccurately diagnose system issues and interpret unit schematicsExplain upsell options to clients when appropriateAdapt to our systems and procedures to uphold high customer satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized work vehicleQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVACPossess an active driver's license with a clean driving recordBe able to obtain necessary certifications and clearances to work in any environmentEPA License required upon hireMust have your own toolsJoin our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to our commitment to excellence in HVAC services.
