Performance Manager

OverviewTitle: Performance ManagerClassification: ExemptSalary: $75,000 yearScope of PositionThe Performance Manager will monitor program performance, track key metrics, and ensurestaff accountability in meeting contract deliverables and workforce system goals. ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions: Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effective Perform detailed data analysis of operations Act as the liaison between GCWB and EDSI administrative staff on issues concerning invoicing and performance numbers Develop, implement, and oversee the maintenance of filing, record keeping, distribution of materials, and other types of office/program systems Evaluate and standardize office procedures and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to billing and performance tracking Ensure data entered on the required system(s) is current, accurate and timely Retrieve and organize critical operations reports Present data and reports to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs, tables, and other methods Create customer lists to support teams in focusing their efforts Based on analysis, determine where improvements can be made to center operations Assist with staffing logistics Implement and adhere to the Quality Assurance System Provide research and support for critical team decisions Manage ISO compliance and audits Track, report, and ensure compliance with ISO auditing process Other opportunities as available QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 5-10 years of relevant leadership experience Data analysis experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience with invoicing and billing Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Regional travel is required Able to work fully onsite or in a hybrid environment Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations A valid driver's license & clean driving record required
