You aren’t just "monitoring"—you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals.Teach Through Action: Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills.Data & Collaboration: Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is thriving.Support Families: Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support.Work Environment: This role operates exclusively in the client's home environment. You must feel comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned Tallamadge territory.What You BringThe "Spark": You are naturally outgoing, energetic, and comfortable being high-energy to keep a child engaged and learning.Experience: 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Marion area.Commitment to Growth: Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!).Training: Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.Job DetailsPart-time: 20 hours/weekPay: $17–$22/hrBenefits: PTO, professional developmentJoin a company that values people over profit.
