OverviewTitle: Lead Product AnalystJob Type: ContractContract Length: 6 MonthsTarget Start Date: ASAPWork Location/Structure: Hybrid in SF (minimum 2 days/week in-office)About the Opportunity:Our client, a leader in Global Technology/SaaS, is looking for a skilled Lead Product Analyst to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This project involves bringing together teams from across the organization to align cross-functional stakeholders, develop scalable frameworks, and drive strategic product decisions to deliver incredible products to customers. This is a high-impact role that requires a creative problem-solver with a keen business sense, sound judgment, and a self-motivated professional who can effortlessly develop scalable frameworks and tell a story based on data.Responsibilities & DeliverablesThis role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:Operations - Develop and implement scalable frameworks to support the product lifecycle, leveraging product experience to identify areas for improvement, and driving the implementation and governance of best practices and standards that connect operating lines across functions.Strategy - Contribute to business reviews and decision-making forums, providing a neutral, data-backed perspective based on scorecards and frameworks instituted as part of the product lifecycle governance.Influencing - Drive key business and product decisions to be made cross-functionally among senior leadership teams at pivotal moments in the product life cycle, and advise team members and executive management across organizations to act and drive programs to completion.Communication - Drive clear and concise written and verbal communications around the product lifecycle to a wide range of stakeholders (Product Management, Sales, Enablement, Marketing, Engineering, etc.), clearly articulating decisions needed and the path forward.Process Leadership - Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization, and identify complex problems and issues across the organization, defining and leading programs and processes to solve them.Required Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:8+ years minimum related business experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience with a Masters Degree.Deep expertise in a similar role, with experience working in management consulting, product management and strategy, analytics, or product operations. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.Experience working closely with and influencing product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, with the ability to distill complexities and meet the audience where they are.Proficiency in applying a process improvement ideology (e.g., Six Sigma) to ongoing business priorities.Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Analytics or a related field, and experience working with data visualization tools including Tableau. #J-18808-Ljbffr
