We are looking for Supervisors, and Shift Leads to assist the GM:
Supervisor -
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the Assistant Manager and Manager.
General Responsibilities
Manage shift leaders and employees.
Support Assistant Manager and Manager in day-to-day operations as needed.
Ensure efficient food production and service.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.
Train and develop staff on food safety, hospitality, and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control.
Implement and maintain training programs for staff development.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Previous experience in the food industry or food production preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Experience in training development and staff training is a plus.
Background in hospitality management is beneficial.
Shift Leader -
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team to success. Assist the management team in delivering top-notch service in the food industry.
