Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer - (Aerospace Manufacturing)

New Britain, CTMUST HAVE predominantly Aerospace Manufacturing experience (No other industry will work)Must have a stable work historyMust have extensive experience with Aerospace manufacturing process development and process improvement.Must have experience working with large flight-critical parts and components.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate & maintain Process Routers and BOMs in ERPCNC Programming (MasterCam / SolidWorks) for 3, 4 & 5-Axis machiningDevelop process models, drawings, and manage tolerances per blueprintDesign tooling, fixtures, and workholdingCreate work instructions for special processes & outside servicesSupport First Article Inspection (FAI) and shop floor troubleshootingLead NPI part in-load and cross-functional coordinationSupport cost reduction, estimation, and continuous improvement initiativesMust-Have RequirementsPredominant experience in Aerospace ManufacturingStrong background in manufacturing process development & improvementExperience with large flight-critical aerospace componentsCNC programming experience (MasterCam / SolidWorks, 3/4/5 Axis)Skills: cnc,aerospace,aerospace manufacturing,axis,cnc programming
