Managing Counsel, Product

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel, Product to lead a team of attorneys providing legal guidance on consumer products. Key Responsibilities:Serve as a senior legal adviser for product development, launches, and promotional initiatives Proactively identify and implement consumer protection laws impacting products and services Lead, develop, and mentor a team of junior and mid-level attorneysRequired Qualifications:Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction 9+ years of experience practicing at a law firm and/or in-house Experience advising on consumer products and advertising/marketing issues Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
