If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.QualificationsMust have successfully completed a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) program, or be enrolled and complete the program within four months of hireKey ResponsibilitiesProvide hygiene assistance to residentsAssist residents with feeding and daily living needsPerform basic treatments and procedures as directed by the charge nurseObserve and report residents' psycho-social and emotional needsNotify the Charge Nurse of any changes in residents' conditionsMaintain a clean and neat personal appearanceDemonstrate respectful and professional behavior toward co-workers and facility contactsUse nursing home equipment properly and safelyFollow OSHA guidelines for handling and storing chemicals and equipmentAttend required in-service training programsAssist in other areas as directed by the Director of NursingPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 poundsFrequent bending, turning, pushing, and pullingUse of both hands and armsExposure to odors, body secretions, and excrementsPotential exposure to behavioral disordersMust be able to manage interpersonal conflicts effectivelyApply today and become a vital part of a team that brings comfort, dignity, and care to those who need it most.
