The Assistant Flour Miller will be responsible for assisting in the milling process, monitoring grain quality, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery issues, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency of the milling facility. Additionally, the role requires operating equipment correctly and assisting with quality control during production.QualificationsProficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure the equipment runs efficientlyStrong skills in Troubleshooting and solving mechanical or operational problems as they ariseExperience with Power Tools and Hand Tools for basic repairs and adjustmentsAbility to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environmentAttention to detail and understanding of quality control processesPhysical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating machineryPrevious experience in milling or food production is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is advantageous
