Our Home is one of the fastest growing Better For You food brands in the country and this explosive growth requires great people with a passion for better-for-you snacks.Our Home is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Payable Manager to lead our accounts payable team and oversee all aspects of the accounts payable function. This role is integral to ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices and payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting the financial integrity of the organization. This role is on-site role in our Bryn Mawr, PA office.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in accounts payable management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and vendors, manage compliance with company policies and accounting regulations, and provide guidance and mentorship to your team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the accounts payable team, providing coaching, training, and performance managementOversee timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor paymentsDevelop, implement, and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and complianceCoordinate with procurement and other departments to verify invoices and resolve discrepanciesMaintain vendor relationships and respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and issuesPrepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics to identify areas for improvementAssist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payableEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable accounting standardsCollaborate with external auditors during audits as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial roleStrong knowledge of accounts payable processes, controls, and accounting principlesExperience managing and developing high-performing teamsProficiency with accounting software, preferably NetSuiteExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the CPG industry is a plusBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)401k Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Parental LeaveShort Term & Long Term DisabilityNo recruiters, please
