Summary Job Description: Responsible for maintaining the Perioperative Services Automated and Manual Perpetual Inventory Systems. Process information, maintains high levels of data integrity and accuracy. Assists the Management in maintaining the Materials Systems, Information Management Systems, Inventory Systems and Doctor Preference Card System. Assists with supply management responsibilities. Required Skills: Proficient in data entry and processing practices, procedures and guidelines. Experience in Excel and Word. Access, Crystal and report writing a plus. Effective oral land written communication skills. Excellent service related skills. Ability to maintain high degree of customer service. Ability to work under pressure with time constraints. Possesses effective interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Required Experience: Work Experience: Two years experience with systems/computer applications in a fast paced supply handling, requisition or ordering environment preferably in an OR or Perioperative setting. License/Registration/Certification: None required. Education and Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
