Downstream Marketing Manager-DTC & Provider Channels (Social Media Revenue Focus)Project Manager III Irvine, CA (Onsite) Contract Length: 3+ Months with Possible Extension Start Date: ASAP$90-$95/hr, depending on benefit selectionOrion Group is seeking an experienced Downstream Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Healthcare Provider (HCP) channels, with a strong emphasis on driving revenue through social media and influencer marketing campaigns for our multinational pharmaceutical client in Irvine, CA.This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in healthcare, medical device, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical environments who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional organizations and understands how to drive measurable engagement and commercial impact across multiple marketing channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies targeting both consumer and provider audiences with a focus on social media-driven revenue growthLead downstream marketing initiatives, including sales enablement materials, brand collateral, customer-facing assets, and provider support toolsManage social media strategy, including organic content, paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, community engagement, and ongoing campaign optimizationDrive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, print, partnerships, and social platforms to maximize engagement and brand awarenessSupport commercialization efforts, including product launches, lifecycle management, positioning, and go-to-market executionBuild and manage influencer marketing programs, including identifying, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with key influencers and brand advocatesConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering to support campaign development and strategic decision-makingPartner cross-functionally with sales, product, analytics, communications, market access, and medical teams to ensure aligned messaging and executionAnalyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve ROI, engagement, lead generation, and revenue performanceIdentify emerging marketing trends, new channel opportunities, and innovative engagement strategiesManage marketing budgets and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, promotional guidelines, and brand standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred5+ years of marketing experience within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industriesExperience supporting both consumer-facing and healthcare provider-focused marketing initiativesStrong knowledge of digital marketing channels, paid social, analytics tools, and campaign performance measurementProven success managing social media campaigns that directly contribute to revenue generationExperience with downstream marketing, product positioning, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy executionUnderstanding of the aesthetics or plastic surgery market is highly preferredExcellent project management, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAdditional DetailsLocation: Irvine, CAWork Schedule: OnsiteContract Length: Minimum 3 months with possible extensionStart Date: ASAPPeople are our business worldwideOrion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
