You will schedule service work, advise customers on vehicle maintenance, and promote additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and service revenue.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings as determined by management.Manage and document repair orders accurately and legibly.Greet customers promptly in a friendly and professional manner.Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle concerns.Conduct test drives when necessary to diagnose vehicle conditions.Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs per manufacturer's guidelines.Inspect vehicles for potential additional repair needs and communicate findings clearly.Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts, obtaining customer approval before proceeding.Manage payment authorizations and obtain signatures on repair orders.Follow up with customers regarding the progress of their repairs and any changes to estimates.Handle telephone inquiries related to service appointments and work in progress.Ensure final invoices match repair orders.Deliver vehicles to customers and address any questions or concerns.Maintain clean and organized service and customer waiting areas.Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.Physical RequirementsOccasionally use hands and arms for reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.Regularly required to stand, speak, and hear.Frequently walk and sit.May be exposed to exhaust fumes or airborne particles.Occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds.Use close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of two years dealership experience preferred.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and vehicle information.Professional personal appearance.Strong problem-solving skills.Proficient with computer systems and web navigation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer-focused with the ability to overcome objections.Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.WHAT WE OFFER:Tremendous product & inventoryOngoing company-wide trainingStrong company reputationGrowth opportunitiesProfessional, enthusiastic & supportive working environmentWhen you join our organization, you'll enjoy comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and unparalleled benefits.
