Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN Role)Location: Gambrills, MD, 21051Employment Type: PRNPay Rate: $30 - $34 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)Shifts Available:Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMEvening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMNight Shift: 3:00 AM - 7:00 PMJob Overview:We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. The role requires flexibility with shifts and the ability to work independently while providing compassionate care.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or physicians.Monitor patient condition, document changes, and communicate effectively with other healthcare team members.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with healthcare protocols.Assist with patient assessments, development of care plans, and patient education.Provide wound care, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and help patients with mobility as needed.Ensure patient safety and well-being by following all relevant healthcare policies and procedures.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.Respond to patient concerns and ensure their comfort during treatment or procedures.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.Required Qualifications:Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.CPR/BLS certification (required).Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.To Apply:
