Administrative Assistant – Remote (USA)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.This position will support scheduling, communication, documentation, data entry, meeting coordination, and other administrative activities that help keep business operations running efficiently.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing digital and physical files. The role includes answering and directing phone calls, handling email correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, and supporting executive leadership with administrative needs. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with data entry, report preparation, and basic office operations to ensure efficient workflow across distributed teams.
