If you're passionate about making a difference, and thrive in a collaborative environment, then Wren Kitchens is the place for you.Don't miss out on this opportunity to be part of something extraordinary – join Wren Kitchens and shape your success!About The RoleBilingual Health & Safety AssistantPay: $40,000 + up to $500 quarterly bonus + attendance bonusShift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMMain Responsibilities Training and Orientation: Conduct face-to-face instruction by delivering onboarding and orientation for new hires, covering company policies, procedures, and job skills. Administer learning schedules and maintain participant training records. Policy Development and Review: Assist the H&S Manager in the development and review of safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Injury and Illness Monitoring: Assist the H&S Manager in monitoring work-related injuries and illnesses, including investigations and root cause analysis. Safety Inspections: Conduct site walks and observe safety practices, ensuring adherence to relevant procedures. Document hazards, incidents, or employee issues. Committee Participation: Be part of the Health & Safety Committee, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management. Administrative Support: Assist in administrative duties as required, including initial inspection setup, EAP & FPP implementation, first aider/fire marshal training setup, and AED arrangements. About You Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both management and employees, with strong organization, documentation, and presentation skills. Safety Awareness: Some understanding of OSHA and safety regulations preferred, with the ability to maintain priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and similar computer programs, with confidence in front of people Flexibility: Ability to work flexible days/hours as needed, and multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish would be beneficial.
