Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Systems Analyst II)Location: New York, NY 10018Duration: 6 MonthsPay Rate: $35/hrPosition OverviewThe Systems Analyst II supports the Store Development and Construction organization by managing digital solution requests from intake through delivery. The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing scalable workflows and reporting solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Power BI.This position partners closely with Project Management, Design, Planning, Estimating, vendors, and IT teams to ensure solutions are well-governed, efficient, and aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Solution DeliveryManage requests from intake through delivery, including scoping, SOW definition, dependencies, and success metrics.Own full lifecycle delivery: intake → design → build → UAT → release → post-launch support.Systems & Automation DevelopmentDesign, build, and maintain solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, ACC, and Power BI.Develop workflows, automation processes, and AI-enabled enhancements.Implement quality controls and validation checks across systems.Stakeholder CollaborationWork with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive alignment.Facilitate decision-making, manage expectations, and prevent rework.Communicate scope clearly and present solution options when needed.Process Improvement & StandardizationConvert recurring requests into reusable templates and standardized workflows.Improve documentation, system design patterns, and operational efficiency.Reporting & Data ManagementSupport reporting and analytics using Power BI and curated datasets.Ensure data accuracy, validation, and visibility across business processes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Proven experience in end-to-end systems delivery (intake through deployment).Hands-on experience with:SharePointPower AutomatePower AppsFamiliarity with:Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Power BISQL / relational data conceptsStrong experience in workflow design, process mapping, and system documentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to define scope, evaluate trade-offs, and defend solution approaches.Understanding of automation and AI concepts (workflow automation, intelligent search, data validation).Performance Metrics (First 90–120 Days)Reduce triaged items by 40–60% and eliminate stale items older than 180 days.Increase weekly completed work by 5–8 tasks through improved templates and scoping.Maintain a WIP (Work in Progress) per owner below 15.Establish central error tracking for key workflows.Improve or maintain median cycle time for active tasks.
