Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to lead development, deployment, and production support of enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong coding expertise, experience managing CI/CD pipelines, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Build Dataverse plug-ins, Custom APIs using C#/.NET, PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx components. Develop and maintain Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and system integrations. Own Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, CI/CD, ALM, and automated deployments. Manage solution architecture, version control, branching, and release processes. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain development quality. Handle production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis. Implement automated testing, monitoring, and security best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance.

Additional Requirements: Strong hands-on development and technical leadership experience. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment (4 days onsite).Must successfully complete a comprehensive national criminal background check before starting.
