University RecruiterLocation: North Richland Hills, TX (In-Person)Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 Ragle Inc. is looking for a University Recruiter to lead and grow our campus recruiting efforts. This role will be responsible for building strong partnerships with universities, connecting with students, and helping us attract top early-career talent across the business.This is a highly visible role that works closely with hiring managers and leadership while representing Ragle out on campus and in the community.What you’ll be doing:Lead campus recruiting strategy, including career fairs, info sessions, and on-campus eventsBuild and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizationsRecruit, screen, and manage candidates through the full hiring processCoordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth candidate experienceSupport and help lead Ragle’s internship program, including planning and executionPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver strong candidate pipelinesIdentify new sourcing strategies and recruiting channelsWhat we’re looking for:2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (campus recruiting preferred)Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to travel during peak recruiting seasons (Fall & Spring)Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesA relationship-driven approach with a strong sense of ownershipThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on campus, building relationships, and playing a key role in shaping the future talent of a growing company.Ragle Inc. participates in E-Verify and does not sponsor visas now or in the future.
