In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and developing advanced software solutions that support hardware and technical service products within the military aviation mission planning enterprise. You will perform systems modeling, simulation, and analysis to ensure our products meet stringent performance and security standards. The ideal candidate will take ownership of key projects, serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver software that exceeds expectations.QualificationsThe successful candidate must possess U.S. citizenship due to the sensitive nature of customer requirements. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with 10 to 12 years of experience as a software engineer within the Department of Defense (DOD) environment. An active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory. Candidates should have extensive experience developing Microsoft Windows applications using C#, C++, and related frameworks. Proven debugging skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
