This role is responsible for providing medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services aimed at restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders.The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patientsProvide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independenceTreat patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditionsCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as neededMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery goalsEnsure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and accreditation standardsQualificationsEducationBachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate Degree in Physical Therapy requiredDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferredLicensure & CertificationsCurrent State Physical Therapy License requiredCurrent BCLS/BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon hire and must be maintainedPreferred ExperienceAcute care or hospital-based physical therapy experience preferredExperience treating orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, neurological, or post-surgical patientsStrong patient assessment and rehabilitation skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package including:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementAdditional Voluntary BenefitsCompensation is based on experience, education, licensure, and overall qualifications.
