Job Description Kitchen Manager — Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and organized Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining the quality, consistency, and creativity our guests expect. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in executing fresh, thoughtfully prepared food. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and organization Manage food ordering, inventory levels, and vendor relationships to maintain proper stock and minimize waste Maintain and uphold quality standards for all food preparation, presentation, and consistency Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Collaborate with ownership and team members to develop and test new menu items and seasonal offerings Train, support, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain strong performance and teamwork Monitor food costs and assist with menu adjustments to support operational goals Maintain prep systems and workflows that support smooth service during high-volume periods Qualifications Previous kitchen leadership or management experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Passion for quality ingredients and thoughtful food preparation Ability to lead by example in a collaborative team environment Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices What We're Looking For Someone who balances creativity with structure — a leader who can maintain high standards while helping evolve the menu alongside the team.
