Warehouse Associate - Material Handler - Reach Truck

Job Overview: This job WILL INCLUDE REACH TRUCK OPERATION We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including stock management, loading and unloading shipments, shipping and receiving packages, and order picking. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Utilize the warehouse management system to track and manage inventory - Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents - Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment - Package items for shipment according to company standards - Perform basic maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment - Safely operate forklifts or other mechanical equipment as needed - Ensure accurate order picking and prepare orders for distribution - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred - Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance - Proficient in materials handling techniques Please note that this position may require the use of a picker.
