Licensed Masters or Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Approx 40 hours/week (M-F, no weekends) .30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break No Holiday work, Overtime or travel required Free Parking Provided Exact Shift/ Hours to be discussed during interview Contract Staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure. May have contact with incarcerated individuals. Candidate will also be subjected to CNYPC Orientation. Must be a Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
