Right Price.Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Gastonia, NCDuration: 12+ months Contract - Possible extension/conversionPay Rate: $18–$20/hrWe are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support customers by handling inbound calls, resolving billing inquiries, processing payment arrangements, updating account information, and providing exceptional customer support.Responsibilities:Respond professionally to inbound customer callsAssist customers with billing questions, payments, service requests, and account updatesHandle sensitive customer situations including overdue balances and termination noticesNegotiate payment arrangements within company guidelinesDe-escalate difficult customer interactions professionallyDocument customer interactions accurately in internal systemsUtilize customer information systems and Microsoft Office applicationsMeet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goalsComplete administrative tasks and follow-up activities as requiredWork collaboratively with internal teams while managing tasks independentlyRequired Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious customer service or call center experienceExperience handling difficult customer interactionsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBasic computer proficiency including Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFlexible to work varying shifts, nights, weekends, and emergency schedulesAbility to pass background check and drug screeningPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of customer service experienceBilling, collections, or account management experienceUtility or energy industry experienceBilingual English/Spanish preferredTraining Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMWork Arrangement:Onsite for the first 6 months.
