As a licensed nurse, you will administer and coordinate Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT), while providing direct client care, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, comprehensive documentation, and operational coordination. Working collaboratively with PLUS Services, residential, clinical, and medical teams, you will ensure client safety, treatment consistency, regulatory compliance, and optimal clinical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care & Therapeutic EngagementBuild and maintain therapeutic, professional relationships with clients using trauma-informed approachesProvide direct nursing assessment, monitoring, and support throughout treatment sessionsReinforce adherence to daily schedules, program structure, and organizational policiesRespond to and de-escalate crisis situations using evidence-based, trauma-informed techniquesEncourage participation in IOP programming and structured therapeutic activitiesObserve and co-facilitate therapeutic groups in collaboration with clinical team membersDemonstrate emotional intelligence and maintain appropriate professional boundariesHyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)Operate hyperbaric chambers and related equipment in strict accordance with safety protocols and nursing standardsPerform routine equipment checks, chamber operations, and basic system maintenanceConduct pre-treatment assessments and monitor clients throughout HBOT sessionsEnsure a patient-first, supportive, and clinically appropriate treatment environmentMaintain accountability for safe delivery of HBOT throughout all phases of careSupport onboarding and training of new HBOT staff as assignedAdhere to comprehensive documentation standards, outcomes tracking, and performance improvement initiativesApply evidence-based practices and emerging standards in hyperbaric medicineDeep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS)Schedule and administer TMS sessions per established protocols under licensed physician supervisionAccurately position coils and ensure proper client posture, stability, and comfortMonitor vital signs and document client responses, tolerance, and any adverse effectsObtain and document outcome measures (PHQ-9, PCL-5, GAD-7, Y-BOCS) prior to sessionsProvide clear, compassionate education and support to clients regarding TMS therapyMaintain meticulous compliance with all TMS safety, regulatory, and documentation standardsCollaborate with treatment team to optimize individual client protocolsKetamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT)Coordinate scheduling, client preparation, and post-session integration processesObtain and document comprehensive vital signs (BP, HR, O₂, temperature) pre-, mid-, and post-treatmentConduct pre-treatment nursing assessments and ensure compliance with fasting and hydration requirementsProvide comfort measures including eye masks, noise-canceling headphones, and supportive presenceAccurately document client weight, prior dosing, and dosage calculations for medical provider reviewComplete detailed KAT documentation in KIPU and co-sign with medical providersTag client charts appropriately for compliance and tracking purposesCollaborate with psychiatric and clinical teams to support individualized care planning and treatment adjustmentsMonitor for contraindications and communicate clinical concerns to the treatment teamCare Coordination & Clinical SupportServe as a clinical liaison between PLUS Services, residential clients, outpatient services, and clinical/medical teamsParticipate in interdisciplinary case reviews, treatment planning, and safety meetingsCoordinate with admissions and discharge teams to support continuity of careAssist with insurance verification and authorization processes for PLUS servicesMaintain accurate inventories of clinical supplies and operational materialsEnsure treatment spaces remain clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory and infection control standardsDocument clinical observations and contribute to quality improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsCurrent, active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in ColoradoMinimum 1-2 years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or substance use treatment settingsDemonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a clinical settingStrong technical aptitude and comfort working with medical devices and monitoring equipmentProficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems;
