This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in bartending and serving who is also eager to learn and support back-of-house operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent service in both bar and floor settingsAssist with daily front-of-house operations and guest experienceStep in to support back-of-house tasks as needed (training provided)Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficientlyAnswer FOH-related questions and support team members during serviceAssist with planning and executing eventsHelp maintain smooth operations in the absence of managementRequirements:Prior experience in bartending and servingWillingness to learn back-of-house responsibilitiesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexible schedule, including availability on weekendsAbility to be on-call when needed, including covering shifts if management is out of townTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive attitudeWhat We’re Looking For:Someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role requires initiative, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering great customer service.Wage DOE $40,000 - $60,000. Includes event comp and tips.
