If you’re interested in being part of a diverse workforce in a supportive work environment, MAC Trailer is the place for you.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDefines, implements, and continuously refines regional sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability goalsLeads, mentors, and holds accountable regional sales managers and dealer partners to drive performance and consistencyEstablishes and maintains strong executive-level relationships with key customers, dealer principals, and strategic partnersIdentifies and develops new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysisAnalyzes market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and positioningOversees territory forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking to ensure accurate projections and accountabilityDevelops pricing strategies in alignment with company margin expectations and competitive positioningProvides regular reporting on sales performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to executive leadershipRepresents the company at customer meetings, dealer visits, trade shows, and industry eventsEnsures consistent brand representation and professionalism across all customer and dealer interactionsTravels extensively throughout the Western United States to support sales initiatives and relationship development. All other duties as assignedTerritory Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California, and Western Canada.Qualifications, Education, And/or ExperienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty at a high level.
