Product & Compliance Counsel

A company is looking for a Product & Compliance Counsel to support its product, legal, and compliance teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal guidance on software development, licensing, and vendor relationships Manage compliance programs related to export/trade, intellectual property, and accessibility requirements Advise on open source software usage and ensure compliance with licensing and organizational policies Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and active bar admission 5+ years of experience as in-house counsel or in private practice supporting technology companies Strong expertise in export/trade compliance and intellectual property compliance Experience advising product teams on legal issues throughout the software development lifecycle Knowledge of data privacy laws and experience advising on privacy compliance
