Optimize Search Group has been retained by a PE sponsored company in the services space to assist them in hiring a Controller. This is a newly created position that will assist in standing up and building their accounting and reporting department as they continue to acquire companies. We assisted this company hire the CFO this position reports to and he’d be a great person to work with. There’s a lot of visibility in this role, and being the first accounting hire, they will look to this person to build out and shape the entire accounting team as the company grows.
