## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maestro or Maestra de Nivel Elemental to join our team. This position involves working with young children in an educational setting, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities and curriculum.
## Responsibilities
- Educate and engage young children in physical education activities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to support early childhood education
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Provide childcare and support early intervention strategies as needed
- Utilize Montessori or other educational methodologies to enhance learning experiences
- Foster toddler care and promote childhood development through interactive lessons
## Skills
- Strong background in physical education for young children
- Ability to educate and inspire elementary-level students
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience in curriculum development tailored for elementary-level learners
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies to support student needs
