Automotive Accounting Associate

Job TypeFull-time Description We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Associate to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive dealership experience and training.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions that include daily detailed processes from start to finish. Posting deals with precision, accuracy, and efficiency Reception with a professional, pleasant, and accommodating demeaner at all times Cashiering with a strong attention to detail Maintain accurate and confidential files and support monthly accounting reconciliations Daily deposits Titling Dealer trades Handle finance product remittances and cancellations (Service Contracts, GAP, etc.) Requirements Automotive dealership accounting experience requiredProficient in dealership management systems (CDK prefered) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position. Availability to work retail hours including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular and predictable attendance is required Salary Description$19-$22 per hour
