Here's a snapshot of this opportunity: Schedule: M-Th 11-7 Friday 9-5. When you hit quotas you can have Friday off with pay! Compensation: Weekly pay. Competitive base salary uncapped commissions benefit package travel reimbursement. First year earnings range $68,000 to 148,000. Job Perks: We will be promoting 3 team leads in 90 days of opening the location and providing an increased salary, bonuses, and a company car. Job Responsibilities: Visit jobsite to develop referrals with current customers Conduct customer survey to develop marketing strategies for future home projects Develop customer relationships with proximity marketing strategies Track key metrics to analyze for success Use a proven sales system and your winning personality to convert prospects into customers Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Confidence Communication skills Success driven No experience necessary Positive mindset
