Pricing Manager - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Pricing Manager - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $145,000 – $155,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead pricing review and manage approval processes for quotes, bids, and contracts Conduct profitability, sensitivity, and risk analyses to inform pricing strategy and decision-making Ensure compliance with internal policies in reviewing deal structures and commercial terms Help develop and enforce pricing policies and governance across the commercial team Serve as the CPQ business lead and subject matter expert, driving process improvements Oversee the development and coaching of three direct reports involved in quoting and contractsQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA preferred 7+ years of finance, business, and analysis experience, including ERP, CPQ, and/or CRM systems Minimum three years of supervisory experience Experience with pricing tools and models Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel for complex financial modelingBenefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Paid time off to support work-life balance 401(k) retirement plan to help secure your financial future Flexible remote work arrangements are available for eligible rolesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
