Project Manager Global Footwear Partner Stores Summit

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a 2 3-day Global Footwear Partner Stores Summit . The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring a high-quality event experience.Part-time schedule: 32 hours/week (Mon Thurs) .On-site presence required. Some hybrid flexibility allowed (not fully remote).Start Date: ASAP.1 2 interview rounds only.Requirements:Around 8 years of experience in project management, event management, or event planning.Strong event planning and event execution background.Skilled in coordinating teams, deliverables, and timelines.Excellent communication skills across teams and functions.Ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, short-term role with shifting priorities.PMP certification preferred but not required.Experience managing large-scale events is strongly preferred.Previous experience with consumer/retail brands is helpful but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage project timelines, schedules, and dependencies.Organize stakeholder meetings, provide progress updates, and flag risks.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines.Track project budgets and expenses.Provide regular status updates to leadership.Anticipate challenges and resolve issues quickly.
