Team Lead – Civil Litigation (Fully Remote | Rochester & Buffalo Coverage | Up to $250K (Base)We are working with a well-established civil litigation firm handling meaningful, high-impact matters where strong advocacy, sound judgment, and disciplined execution matter at every stage of the case. This is a fully remote leadership role with coverage across Rochester and Buffalo.This is a fully remote leadership role overseeing a high-volume caseload while actively practicing and mentoring another attorney. The environment is structured for attorneys who want real responsibility, direct courtroom involvement, and the ability to shape case outcomes from start to finish.What you’ll be doing:Managing a docket of approximately 50–60 active casesSupervising and developing another attorneyReporting directly to a Senior Trial AttorneyHandling motion practice, hearings, and depositionsLeading settlement strategy, negotiations, and case evaluationDriving litigation strategy from intake through resolution or trialStaying fully engaged in the file through every phase of litigationThis is not a passive oversight role.
