Program Manager

Position: Program Manager Location: Okmulgee, OK Fulltime position Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 with Exempt Status Salary: Industry standard The Program Manager will oversee a group of related projects (a program) to achieve strategic organizational goals, focusing on long-term strategy, interdependencies, and resource allocation. This position will create roadmaps, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver cohesive business value. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Defining program goals, roadmap, and, as discussed on Product Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Project Coordination: Managing interdependencies between multiple projects, often using as seen on ProjectManager, portfolio dashboard to monitor progress. Resource Management: Allocating budgets, staff, and resources across projects to optimize efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Reporting on program performance, risks, and ROI to senior leadership. Risk Mitigation: Identifying and resolving high-level problems that impact multiple projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 3–5+ years in project or program management. Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic change. Communication: Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree; Certifications such as PMP or PgMP are often preferred.
