The team is tight-knit, but the company operates on a global scale, so the work is complex, the exposure is real, and you'll be challenged from day one. Leadership is accessible, and this is the kind of role where you actually learn how a business runs, not just how to audit one.What you'll own:Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and financial reportingJournal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger supportSOX compliance, internal controls, and audit supportBudgeting, forecasting, and analysis in partnership with finance and operationsCross-functional projects tied to manufacturing and operationsProcess improvement work when you see a better way to do thingsWhat you bring:2 to 3 years in public accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or actively pursuing it is a plus, not a requirementSolid GAAP foundation and comfort with month-end closeYou think beyond the journal entry and can communicate what the numbers meanBonus points for: manufacturing exposure, SAP or OneStream experience, or time in a SOX environment.
