Role Description Brink’s Welding & Fabrication, LLC. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must have experience with CNC laser cutting and a strong understanding of various machining processes. This role requires a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines, ensuring precision in fabrication, and maintaining equipment. QualificationsProven experience in CNC laser cutting or similar manufacturing processes.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery including CNC lathes, plasma cutters, and electrical discharge machining equipment.Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.Experience with quality inspection techniques to ensure product specifications are met.Knowledge of tooling, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly processes is highly desirable.Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely is a plus.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
