Python Developer- Quartz, Capital markets

Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Python Developer- Quartz, Capital markets for their Charlotte, NC location.Responsibilities:Design and implement Python solutions within Quartz for XVA risk and p&l reporting needsDeliver features iteratively following Agile methodologies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)Translate user requirements from Trading, Quant, Finance, and Risk into production-quality codeBuild and maintain RADAR (enterprise XVA data reporting application) components and workflowsWrite unit/integration tests; assist with UAT and coordinate production deploymentsProvide 3rd-line production support, including root cause analysis and remediationCollaborate closely with New York and London stakeholders; manage cross-time-zone communicationPartner with BAs/PMs to refine requirements, scope deliveries, and manage release plansContribute to continuous improvement (code quality, observability, performance, and dev tooling)Requirements:Expert-level Python (enterprise-scale, ideally within Quartz or similar platforms)5+ years development experience in a financial firm (front-to-back risk/trading systems)Oracle DB development (PL/SQL, indexing strategies, performance tuning for large datasets)Excellent communication (written and verbal) with business and tech stakeholdersStrong problem solving and investigative mindsetTeam-oriented collaborator with proactive ownershipWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
