Mill Operators 1 – AM Lathe Operator 1 – PM Mill Operator – 5th Axis 1 – PM Mill Operator – 4 Axis 1 – PM Lathe Operator – set up, operate, and edit 1 – EDM Operator 1 – Mechanical Assembly 1 - CMM Programmer (Needs PCDIMS) experience 1 – Calibration Inspector 1 – Mfg. Engineer (Must know PCDIMS, GD&T, CNC Machining, Planning, CNC Programming exp) Role : Location : Phoenix, AZ 85023(Onsite) Duration : 12+ months Job Description: CMM operator will run CMM programs in PC-DMIS for First Article inspection and in-process inspection. The candidate will complete First Article Inspection Reports in Net-Inspect. The candidate will assist in resolving quality related issues and contribute to continuous improvement. Work Experience & Education Pre-Requisites: 1. Must have 2 years of experience with CMM operation. 2. Must have knowledge of aircraft/ aerospace blueprints. 3. Must have strong knowledge of GD&T. 4. Must have experience with inspection gages (i.e. calipers, micrometers, height gages, air gages, bore gages, etc.). 5. Computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). 6. Must have PC-DMIS experience Physical & Visual Requirements Of Position · Corrected/uncorrected visual abilities to see/read documents and computers for long periods of time. · Ability to withstand long periods of standing / sitting at one time. · Ability to lift minimum 30 pounds on occasion. Goals For: Position: · Set up and run CMM programs using PC-DMIS. · Perform bench inspections as needed. · Complete First Article Inspection Reports in Net-Inspect. · Complete in-process inspection reports. · Initiate Non-Conformance Reports. · Assist with Root Cause and Corrective Action activities. · Conduct routine/ preventative maintenance of CMM’s. Job Type: Contract Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Phoenix, AZ 85023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
