APX Corporation Inc. (Delaware) operates APX Group — a cross-border platform combining investment-banking-style deal structuring, media and entertainment production, strategic consulting, and Web3 / tokenization advisory. We work with founders, family offices, sports franchises, studios, and institutional investors across New York, London, and Euope.
Our active mandates span capital raises, M&A, joint ventures, token launches (including APXCOIN, our ERC-20 utility and treasury asset), film and TV financing, sports media rights, and structured digital-asset transactions. Clients engage us when the deal is non-standard, cross-border, or sits at the intersection of traditional finance andWeb3.
We are small, senior, and selective. We do not run a sales floor. We run madates.
2. he Role
We are hiring a Clients' Expansion Executive to sit at the front of the firm — owning client acquisition, mandate origination, and account expansion across our existng book.
This is not a customer-success role. It is a commercial origination role for someone who can hold a real conversation with a founder raising USD 20M, a producer structuring a slate, or a sports executive evaluating a tokenization play — and convert that conversation into a signed egagement.
You will work directly with the Chairman / CEO and have full visibility into live deals, term sheets, and structuringdecisions.
3. WhatYou Will Do
3.1 Originate mandates. Identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients across our four verticals: capital advisory, media and entertainment, strategic consulting, and Web3 / okenization.
3.2 Expand the existing book. Map current client portfolios, identify white space, and drive add-on engagements (follow-on raises, secondary mandates, token avisory, M&A).
3.3 Run the front of the funnel. Manage outbound, inbound qualification, intro calls, NDA execution, and handoff to the stucturing team.
3.4 Own the relationship. Maintain senior-level client contact through the lifecycle of each engagement — quarterly reviews, mandate reneals, referrals.
3.5 Translate complexity. Take a structured deal, a tokenomics model, or a media co-production framework and explain it cleanly to a client who needs to make a deision this week.
3.6 Feed the pipeline. Maintain a disciplined CRM, weekly pipeline reporting, and conversion metrics. We measre what we close.
4. WhoWe Are Looking For
4.1 Three to seven years in client-facing origination, business development, or relationship management — ideally at a boutique investment bank, advisory firm, family office, media agency, orWeb3 / crypto firm.
4.2 Demonstrated ability to close engagements with sophisticated counterparties (founders, GPs, family offices, studio executive, athletes, brands).
4.3 Fluency — or strong working comfort — in at least one of: capital markets, M&A, media finance, or digital assets / tokenization. We will train depth i the other verticals.
4.4 Sharp written and verbal communication. You can draft a tight outreach email, run a 30-minute discovery call, and produce a clean follow-up meo without supervision.
4.5 Self-directed remote operator. We do not micromanage. You will be measured on pipeline, conversion, ad revenue contribution.
4.6 Bachelor's degree preferred. Tack record matters mre.
5. Strong Advantages
5.1 Existing network in venture, family office, sports, entertanment, or Web3 ecosystems.
5.2 Prior experience selling advisory, banking, or professional services not SaaS or product sales).
5.3 Spanish, Hebrew, or additionl European-language fluency.
5.4 Direct experience with token launches, SAFTs,or digital-asse structuring.
6. Compensation
Base retainer plus performance commission tied to mandate origination and revenue contribution. Top performers will be offered equity participation and APXCOIN allocation after a qualifying period. Compensation is ncapped for theright operator.
