Role : Mechanical Engineer – Industrial ManufacturingLocation : Cupertino, CA ( Onsite ) We are seeking a talented and driven Mechanical Engineer to join our industrial manufacturing team in Cupertino, CA.This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing engineering experience and a strong background in mechanical systems, process improvements, and project execution within high-volume industrial environments.Exceptional Candidates Possess:3+ years of engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment1+ year of experience with aluminium rolling mill operations or related technologiesStrong understanding of the design and control of:Mechanical systemsPneumatic systemsHydraulic systemsUtility systemsExperience troubleshooting equipment and implementing machine improvement modificationsProven ability to develop and implement mechanical engineering project workStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentKey Responsibilities:Support and improve manufacturing equipment performance and reliabilityAnalyze mechanical systems and recommend process improvementsDesign and implement equipment modifications for operational efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teamsLead or support engineering projects from concept through executionEnsure compliance with safety and operational standardsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in metals manufacturing or aluminium processing industriesFamiliarity with industrial automation and production systemsHands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support experience
