Network & Infrastructure / ServiceNow ITOM SpecialistFULL TIME ONLY - C2C/CTH/3RD PARTY CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTEDHiring an experienced Network & Infrastructure / ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with strong network and server infrastructure expertise to support credential management, infrastructure discovery, connectivity troubleshooting, and scanning coverage across an enterprise environment.What You’ll DoIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve credential issues across network devices and server infrastructure, including SNMP, SSH, WMI, WinRM, etc.Manage and validate access to network and hosting environments to ensure complete infrastructure scanning coverageTriage and diagnose connectivity and authentication errors across routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and server platformsCollaborate with network and hosting teams to maintain accurate credential stores and access policiesSupport Service Graph Connector configurations to ensure proper data flow from infrastructure sourcesManage and optimize discovery schedules to align with infrastructure maintenance windows and scanning requirementsDocument credential management processes, known infrastructure issues, and resolution proceduresProvide subject matter expertise on network topology, device configurations, and server environmentsSupport the broader ServiceNow Modernization program objectives as neededRequired SkillsCompTIA Network+ or equivalent certificationScripting skills in PowerShell or PythonExperience with infrastructure discovery or asset scanning toolsFamiliarity with CMDB concepts and Configuration Item (CI) classificationBackground in enterprise-scale environments with diverse and heterogeneous device typesExperience working within ITIL-aligned processesPrior work with ServiceNow ITOM Visibility (Discovery) as a supporting tool — not required, but beneficialRequired ExperienceStrong expertise in network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and related device managementStrong expertise in server/hosting environments, including:Windows Server and Linux/Unix administrationVirtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)Hands-on experience with credential management across diverse network and server device typesDeep understanding of network protocols, including:SNMP v1/v2c/v3, SSH, TelnetWMI, WinRM, NetBIOSExperience troubleshooting connectivity and authentication issues in enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with IP address management, network segmentation, and firewall rules that impact device accessibilityWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to bring your network and infrastructure expertise to a role focused on enterprise discovery, credential management, infrastructure visibility, and ServiceNow modernization.Note to Agency Recruiters:No agency submissions, third-party recruiters, or unsolicited resumes will be accepted for this position.
