Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.Job Title: Document Specialist Job Location: Parma, OH (Onsite)Job Duration: 4 Months (Temporary)We have three shift time available1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM EST The candidate will be responsible for prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents, while meeting quality and output standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The role involves using traditional copy, oversize, color, mail outs, and on-site scanning functions. ResponsibilitiesPrep, scan, inspect, compile, and assemble documents accurately and efficiently.Maintain deadlines and quality/error-free work under time constraints.Meet production standards by achieving the Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate.Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.).Maintain an organized workstation to prevent errors.Complete paperwork accurately and on time.Communicate any issues promptly to the manager.Handle customer orders, including lifting and moving supplies up to 50 lbs.Operate KODAK scanners and related equipment.High school diploma or equivalent.Basic PC skills and typing ability.Ability to read and follow instructions in English.Knowledge of printing and scanning equipment is preferred.Comfortable with repetitive tasks, standing/sitting for extended periods, bending, twisting, and lifting.Must adapt to noise levels and work in a production facility.Ability to meet dress code standards: business casual with closed-toed shoes.Cell phones must be on silent and left in lockers.
